Summary
This study aims to test the long-term safety and effectiveness of an experimental dry powder inhaler called HSK39004 for people with moderate-to-severe COPD. About 300 participants aged 40-80 will use the inhaler twice daily for a full year. The main goal is to see how well the treatment is tolerated over time and if it helps control COPD symptoms.
