Blood cancer patients continue experimental drug in Long-Term safety hunt

Summary
This study allows patients who are already taking the experimental drug bomedemstat for certain rare blood cancers to continue treatment in a long-term follow-up study. The main goal is to collect more information about the drug's safety and how well it continues to work over a longer period. It is open to about 400 patients who have been safely taking the drug for at least 6 months and are seeing benefit from it in their previous clinical trial.
