First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study followed about 500 adults with active psoriatic arthritis who were already prescribed apremilast (Otezla) by their doctors. Researchers tracked how well the drug controlled symptoms like joint pain and skin plaques over up to 100 weeks in real-world clinics. The goal was to see how many patients improved by at least one point on a doctor-rated scale after six months, and to gather long-term safety and effectiveness data.
