Summary
This study tests a special balloon coated with medicine to open up blocked arteries in the legs caused by cholesterol buildup. The balloon is longer than standard ones, allowing it to treat larger blockages in one go. About 200 adults with narrowed or blocked leg arteries will receive this treatment, and researchers will check how well it restores blood flow and prevents the need for repeat procedures over 12 months.
