Summary
This study tests if using heat packs on the legs at home can help older adults (ages 50-90) with long COVID feel better and move more easily. Researchers will measure walking distance, physical function, and blood vessel health. The goal is to find a simple, safe way to improve daily life for people with ongoing COVID symptoms.
