Long COVID chest pain: tailored therapy may offer relief

Summary
This study looks at people with Long COVID who have new chest pain but no blocked arteries. It tests whether treatment based on special heart function tests works better than usual care. About 108 participants will be followed for a year to see if their symptoms and quality of life improve.
