Could a 5-Day pill ease the burden of long COVID?

Summary

This study is testing whether a short course of an antiviral medication called ensitrelvir can help people with Long COVID feel better. About 40 adults with Long COVID symptoms lasting at least 60 days will take either the real pill or a placebo for 5 days. Researchers will measure changes in physical health, fatigue, brain fog, and quality of life over 60 days to see if the treatment makes a difference.
