This early-phase trial tests the safety and correct dose of combining two cancer drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and venetoclax, for adults with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. About 23 participants will receive the combination to see how well it is tolerated and whether it can shrink tumors. The goal is to find a dose that can be used in future studies.
