New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: targeted therapy plus chemo shows promise

NCT ID NCT05600686

First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for people with a fast-growing type of lymphoma that hasn't been treated yet. First, a targeted drug (loncastuximab tesirine) plus rituximab is given, followed by a standard chemotherapy cocktail (DA-EPOCH-R). The goal is to see if this approach leads to more complete remissions. About 24 adults with high-risk features will take part.
