Summary

This study tests an experimental oral drug called LNK01001 (Zemprocitinib) in adults with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis who have not responded well to biologic treatments. About 430 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, followed by a longer safety period. The goal is to see if the drug reduces joint pain and swelling better than a placebo.
