Summary
This study tests a new drug called LM-302 against standard treatments for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has a specific marker (CLDN18.2). Participants must have already tried at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if LM-302 helps people live longer or slows cancer growth.
