Summary
This study tested whether instant computer feedback helps community health workers in Nigerian clinics make better decisions. Researchers compared patient care notes written before and after workers received computer advice. A total of 491 patients participated, and a doctor who didn't know if feedback was given reviewed the notes for errors.
