Scientists search for early warning sign of transplant rejection

NCT ID NCT01525797

Summary

This study aimed to see if a new type of lab test could predict which liver transplant patients were more likely to reject their new organ. Researchers tested 221 people who had received a liver transplant. The goal was to learn if patterns in a patient's genes could act as an early warning sign for doctors.
