Liver transplant hope for bile duct cancer patients who respond to chemo

Summary
This study is for people with a type of bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery but hasn't spread. It tests whether a liver transplant after at least 6 months of chemotherapy can help them live longer. The study will enroll 30 adults whose cancer is stable or shrinking on chemo. After transplant, patients will need lifelong anti-rejection medication.
