Summary
This study tests whether a daily nutritional supplement containing resveratrol, quercetin, taurine, inulin, and whey protein can improve liver health and quality of life in 26 adults with liver disease from chronic hepatitis C. Participants take the supplement or a whey protein control for 12 weeks, with regular blood tests and checkups. The goal is to see if the supplement reduces liver inflammation and frailty.
