Simple blood test may warn of looming heart attack in fatty liver patients
NCT ID NCT07487571
Summary
This study aims to find out if a simple, routine blood test can help predict which people with fatty liver disease are at highest risk for a heart attack. Researchers will compare blood test results from 60 patients with fatty liver disease, some who have had a heart attack and some who have not. The goal is to see if this test can serve as an early warning sign, helping doctors identify and protect high-risk patients sooner.
