Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether adding the experimental drug TPST-1120 to standard immunotherapy and anti-angiogenic therapy helps people with advanced liver cancer live longer. About 740 adults whose cancer cannot be surgically removed or has spread will receive either the triple combination or standard care. The study measures overall survival, tumor shrinkage, and safety.
