First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment approach for people with liver cancer that has spread into the portal vein (a major blood vessel). The treatment combines radiation therapy before surgery with an immunotherapy drug (camrelizumab) and a targeted therapy pill (apatinib) given before and after surgery. The goal is to see if this combination can improve how long patients live without their cancer coming back. About 33 adults with this specific type of liver cancer will take part.
