Summary
This study is testing a new approach for treating liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It compares a targeted radiation injection, given alone or combined with immunotherapy and a cancer drug, against the current standard chemoembolization procedure. The goal is to see which method is better at controlling the cancer and is safer for patients.
