New drug may help radiation hit liver tumors more precisely
NCT ID NCT07312292
Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called angiotensin II can help a liver cancer treatment work better. The drug is given right before a standard radiation treatment to try to direct more radiation to the tumor and less to healthy liver tissue. Researchers will enroll 15 adults with liver cancer to see if this approach is safe and improves treatment targeting.
