Summary
This study is for adults with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It compares two different drug combinations, both given alongside a standard procedure called TACE that delivers chemotherapy directly to the liver. The goal is to see which combination is better at controlling the cancer and helping patients live longer.
