New combo therapy aims to slash liver cancer recurrence after surgery
NCT ID NCT07522411
First seen Apr 24, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of drugs (sintilimab, bevacizumab, and chemotherapy) before surgery can lower the chance of liver cancer coming back in patients with high-risk features. About 100 adults with resectable liver cancer and high-risk factors will be randomly assigned to either the drug combo followed by surgery, or surgery alone. The main goal is to see if the combo improves the 2-year recurrence-free survival rate.
