Summary
This study looks at two common heart medications (beta-blockers and calcium channel blockers) in adults aged 65 and older who have stable angina and at least two other chronic health problems. The goal is to see which drug works better and is easier to tolerate, focusing on improving quality of life. About 741 participants will be followed to track how well they stay on the medication and how their symptoms change.
