Summary
This study looked at how well a liposomal iron supplement with vitamin C and fiber (LISEFEX®) works for people with mild to moderate iron deficiency anemia. Researchers followed 74 Mexican adults who were already prescribed the supplement by their doctor. They measured hemoglobin levels to see if the supplement helped improve anemia.
