Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug lisatoclax to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP or Pola-R-CHP) can improve outcomes for people with untreated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). About 122 adults aged 18-70 will take part. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and leads to more complete remissions.
