New drug cocktail offers hope for Hard-to-Treat ovarian cancer

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (liposomal irinotecan and enlonstobart) in 30 women with ovarian cancer that has stopped responding to platinum-based chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors or slow the disease. Participants will receive the drugs every two weeks and have scans every eight weeks.
