Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called linvoseltamab for people with AL amyloidosis that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. The goal is to find a safe and effective dose and see if the drug can reduce the harmful proteins that damage organs like the heart and kidneys. The study will enroll about 220 participants to closely monitor side effects and how well the treatment works.
