Summary
This study tests whether adding linvoseltamab to standard lenalidomide maintenance therapy can eliminate any remaining multiple myeloma cells (MRD negativity) or bring back MRD negativity after a relapse. About 32 adults with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma who have already received initial treatment will participate. The goal is to see if this combination can deepen responses and keep the disease under control longer.
