First seen Feb 24, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug, linvoseltamab, added to standard chemotherapy for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who are eligible for a stem cell transplant. Researchers want to see if the new combination works better than the current standard treatment, and whether it can be so effective that the stem cell transplant is no longer needed. About 1,570 participants will be randomly assigned to different treatment groups to compare safety and effectiveness.
