Could one brain scan lead to another? study probes hidden aneurysm link

Summary
This study aims to find out if people who have survived a ruptured brain aneurysm are more likely to also have an aneurysm in their main abdominal artery (aorta). Researchers will give 233 such patients a simple, non-invasive ultrasound scan of their abdomen to check. The goal is to gather better evidence about whether screening for one type of aneurysm when the other is found could be beneficial for patient health.
