Summary

This pilot study tests whether a wearable light device (Vielight RX Gamma) aimed at the brain can safely improve symptoms of bipolar depression. Forty adults with bipolar depression will receive either active or sham treatment in clinic five days a week for six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in depression severity, thinking skills, and quality of life.
