Summary

This study tested whether a combination of morning blue light and evening red light therapy could improve sleep in 20 adults with mild sleep problems. Participants wore a wrist device to track sleep for 7 days without any changes, then for 7 days while using the light therapy. The goal was to see if the light routine helped them fall asleep faster and feel more alert during the day.
