First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether walking on a path with lighted footsteps can improve how children with spastic diplegia (a type of cerebral palsy) walk. Thirty children aged 5 to 8 with mild spasticity will walk on the lighted pathway, and researchers will measure changes in step length, width, spasticity, and motor function. The goal is to see if this simple, fun approach can help improve their walking ability.
