Summary

This study tests if low intensity focused ultrasound (LIFU) can help people with severe opioid addiction that hasn't improved with other treatments. The ultrasound targets brain areas linked to addiction. 34 participants will receive either real or sham (fake) ultrasound to see if it's safe and reduces opioid use.
