Summary
This study tests a prescription eye drop called lifitegrast (Xiidra) in 30 adults with dry eye disease. Researchers will use a special microscope to see if the drops reduce immune cells on the eye's surface over 12 weeks. The goal is to understand how the treatment works, not to cure the condition.
