First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a healthy lifestyle—including diet, stress management, and exercise—can be as good as standard medications for managing symptoms and improving quality of life in people newly diagnosed with early multiple sclerosis (MS) or its precursor, clinically isolated syndrome (CIS). Researchers will follow two groups of participants over time to compare outcomes. The study was adapted to be conducted entirely online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
