Summary

This study is testing whether keeping daily habits like sleep and meals more consistent can help improve blood sugar control and body composition in people with pre-diabetes. Researchers will compare a group asked to stabilize their routines against a group continuing their usual habits over 12 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, non-medication approach could help prevent progression to type 2 diabetes.
