Summary
This study tested a personalized lifestyle counseling program for 120 adults with early-stage chronic kidney disease (CKD). Participants received tailored advice on diet, exercise, and healthy behaviors over 30 months. Researchers measured kidney function, waist and hip size, health knowledge, and quality of life to see if the program made a difference compared to usual care.
