Summary

This study will enroll 16,000 people invited to colorectal cancer screening to see if receiving short, personalized digital feedback on diet, exercise, smoking, and alcohol helps them adopt healthier habits over two years. Some participants will get extra support like phone calls or webinars. The goal is to learn whether simple digital tools can encourage lasting lifestyle changes.
