Summary

This study looks at how a drug called everolimus moves through the blood after a device (Esprit BTK) is placed in leg arteries below the knee. It involves about 7 people with severe leg pain or wounds due to blocked arteries. Researchers take blood samples at many time points over 60 days to measure drug levels and how fast the body clears it.
