Summary
This study tested two different ways to inject a steroid medicine (triamcinolone) to treat symptoms of genital lichen sclerosus in women. Researchers compared a standard syringe injection to a method using a tattoo machine (MMP technique), applying each method to a different side of the vulva. The goal was to see which method better reduced symptoms like itching, burning, pain, and discomfort during sex.
