Can a birth control IUD plus a cancer pill replace hysterectomy?

Summary
This study tests whether a hormone-releasing IUD (Mirena) alone or combined with the drug everolimus can treat precancerous changes or very early-stage endometrial cancer. About 102 women with these conditions will receive the IUD, and if it doesn't work after 3 months, some also get everolimus. The goal is to control or eliminate the disease without needing a hysterectomy, though ongoing monitoring is needed.
