Summary
This study tests whether the drug levetiracetam can prevent seizures in adults after brain tumor surgery. About 558 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, starting one hour before surgery and continuing for three months. The goal is to see if the drug reduces the chance of having a seizure during recovery, without causing serious side effects.
