NCT ID NCT05746208

First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (lenvatinib and pembrolizumab) in people with a rare, fast-growing type of neuroendocrine tumor called well-differentiated grade 3 (WD G3 NET). About 29 adults with advanced tumors that cannot be removed by surgery will receive the treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors shrink or disappear. Researchers will also collect blood samples and use special scans to learn how the drugs affect the tumor and its environment.
