First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether two drugs, lenvatinib and everolimus, can shrink or slow the growth of advanced carcinoid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The drugs work by blocking enzymes that help cancer cells grow. The trial includes 36 adults with confirmed carcinoid tumors that have spread. Researchers will measure tumor response and track side effects.
