New drug combo aims to tame blood cancer without chemo

Summary

This study tests whether combining lenalidomide and rituximab can help control chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. About 120 adults who either haven't been treated or have had prior therapy will receive the drug combination. The goal is to shrink or slow cancer growth while monitoring safety.
