This study tested the drug lenalidomide in 12 people with HIV who had progressive Kaposi sarcoma. The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors while patients continued their HIV treatment. The trial was stopped early, but researchers still tracked safety and tumor response for 48 weeks.
