Summary

This study looks at whether taking lemongrass extract daily for 6 weeks can improve aerobic fitness and sexual wellness in men aged 40 to 60. Participants will do high-intensity interval training and take either lemongrass tablets or a placebo. The goal is to see if lemongrass adds extra benefits to exercise.
