Summary

This study looks at whether taking lemongrass extract daily can help men aged 40 to 60 get more out of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Over 6 weeks, 40 men will either take lemongrass or a placebo pill while doing supervised workouts. Researchers will measure changes in aerobic fitness and sexual wellbeing using fitness tests and questionnaires.
