Summary

This study looks at whether a popular lemonade drink, potassium citrate, or both can lower the risk of forming kidney stones. Ten adults with a history of stones and low citrate levels will have their urine tested after each treatment. The goal is to see which approach best increases citrate in urine, a natural stone blocker.
